Tell us when you need it. We do next day when we can do next day, and we tell you straight when we cannot, which is the only version of that promise worth anything to you.
The finish
Pressed, on a hanger, under clear poly with a shoulder cap so the collar and the shoulders survive the drive home. It should look better going out than it did coming in. That is the only test we care about.

Seven in the morning, Monday through Saturday. We close at five. Sunday we are closed.
Do you do alterations and repairs, or only dry cleaning?

Can I get something back the next day?

You have probably been quoted one number at a counter and handed a different one at pickup. So: call us with the item and we will price it before it leaves your hands. Prices vary by garment, which is why we will not print a number we might not be able to honor for your particular coat. My coat has gone pilly and dull. Is it worth cleaning or should I just replace it?
